Carpet Cleaning FAQ

An "Area" is an 10x10 to 12x12 carpeted area, furnished or not, or a set of 10-17 stairs (typically). A room that is mostly full of furniture (a small, furnished bedroom, for example) may be pro-rated. A living room / dining room combination is often considered "two" areas in the industry, due to large size.

Restorative Steam cleaning is generally for medium to heavy soiled carpets. Carpet is pre-vacuumed, spot treated, and sprayed to loosen dirt. It is then deep cleaned with Rotary Hot Extraction. Bonnet extraction then is used to leave your carpet dry within 3-4 hours.

Dry Cleaning (Encapsulation Cleaning) is a fast and easy cleaning for medium to lightly soiled carpets. Carpet is pre-vacuumed, and pre-stained. Encapsulation spray is applied to "capture" soil. Bonnet Extraction and grooming leaves your carpet dry in about an hour.
