Low-Moisture Encapsulation "Dry" Cleaning

• Walkthrough with customer
• Pre-vacuum and prep spaces, including moving furniture if desired
• Pre-treat carpet with encapsulant pre-spray to loosen and emulsify soil
• Pre-treat spots and stains
• Agitate carpet with a high-speed floor machine to crystallize and suspend soil
• Post-bonnet with floor machine to remove encapsulated soil
• Groom the carpet
• Walkthrough with customer

Steam Cleaning (Hot Water Extraction, "HWE")

• Walkthrough with customer
• Pre-vacuum and prep spaces, including moving furniture if desired
• Pre-treat carpet with a pre-spray to loosen and emulsify soil
• Pre-treat spots and stains
• Extract using a powered rotary wand called the "RX-20"
• Post-bonnet using a high-speed floor machine to speed drying
• Walkthrough with customer

Upholstery Cleaning

• Inspection and assess the condition of the fabric

• pre-vacuum and prep the fabric

• pre-treat and carefully brush to loosen soil

• Steam-clean using a state-of-the-art "Dri-Master" cleaning tool

• Inspect and post groom fabric
